Returns or exchanges for items that are in perfect condition, unused, and unopened may also be accepted within the specified timeframe, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all components intact.
The eligible timeframe for returns and exchanges is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This timeframe is calculated based on the delivery confirmation provided by our shipping carrier. Any requests for returns or exchanges received after the 14-day window will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Please document the issue by taking clear photos or videos of the product and the packaging (if damaged during transit). You do not need to pay for return shipping costs for these eligible items, as we will provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process.
For returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged items: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, even if you receive a refund for the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for these returns, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages during the return transit.
Special considerations apply to our specific product lines: Cutting boards that have been used, washed, or damaged due to improper care (e.g., exposure to extreme heat, harsh cleaners, or misuse) are not eligible for return or exchange. Steamers that have been assembled, used, or have missing components (e.g., lids, steam baskets, handles) will not be accepted for return unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect. Pot mats that have been used, stained, or damaged due to improper use (e.g., exposure to open flames) are also ineligible for return.
The return process is simple: First, submit your return or exchange request by following the instructions provided on our website, including details about your order, the reason for the return/exchange, and any supporting documentation (photos/videos for defective/damaged items). Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions, including a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Package your item securely, ensuring it is protected during transit, and attach the provided shipping label (if applicable). For returns requiring customer-paid shipping, please include your order number inside the package to help us identify your return quickly. Ship the package back to us using the designated shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. For refunds, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection. Refund amounts will include the full purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible after inspecting the returned product, typically within 1-3 business days. Replacement items will be shipped using the same shipping method as your original order, and no additional shipping costs will be charged for exchanges of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
